Random Thoughts

So I recently found a paper that i wrote a while back (five or six months back) and I figured that i would bring it up since it’s a topic that has been on my mind lately. So one day in my writing class my professor decided that our next project was going to be on a random topic of her choice, so we were able to choose a question out of her bag and write about it. now lucky Heather I chose the question " what is something or someone that you feel sorry for, and why?" now at this point i looked at her and laughed but she was serious, so for the first three days I sat at the computer trying to find some sort of topic so i could get this paper out of the way, and NOTHING was popping out at me. Getting pissed i decided to quit and leave my younger sister finally have the computer back. Five minutes later she calls me and says " Heather, I want you to watch this interview with me, and then i want you to listen to this band because I think you will really like them " I didn't feel like fighting with her at that point in time so I then sat down and began to watch an interview with a band named Tokio Hotel.  So I’m watching this interview and I must say I heard what was the saddest thing ever, Tom I believe it was answered one of the many girlfriend questions said " its hard for us to be able to find someone to get close to because we feel that no one will ever be able to look past the fact that were in a band". I honestly thought my god I feel bad for these guys, but not just them, anyone in a band  and well that was my paper my professor laughed when I told her my topic but I stuck to it. I mean think about it these guys will go through how many false loves until they give up? Yeah it sucks I’ll admit I’ve been a fan of theirs for 6 or 7 months and I’m sure that there is tons more to learn about them, but why Google them? Well I’m not crazy and I can say this. There are many crazy fans, and when I took my younger sister to see Tokio Hotel in   Sayreville NJ (yay three hour drive) I will admit what made me remember this paper and kept me thinking was when I heard a fan say I know where they are staying and what kind of car they are driving around in. I am leaving the concert early to wait outside of their hotel for them.” Now I thought to myself, these guys are untouchable so go you for spending 30 dollars for a ticket to miss half the show to not get to meet them but whatever Haha. But what I didn’t Understand is WHY would you do that? Yeah they are adorable guys and yeah their music is amazing but they are normal people, a tad strange at times but normal guys that are talented, and are lucky enough to get paid doing what they love.  I just don't understand why people think differently towards them or any “famous person" the only thing that is different between me and them is well money....  I mean yeah I went through that stage of acting like that but I look at it now and thank god that my younger sister doesn’t act like that and I laugh. I’ve met many band and have gone backstage many times, no not from being a slut or a whore I am FAR from that, but just by treating bands like normal people… I just feel bad for them. I would never be able to put up with stalkers, or rumors or half the shit they go through day to day so props to you... Well my paper got me a B+ only because she said that there were more “Serious” things to write about... and I fought it and got my A but think about it. Why treat people differently because their talent was discovered??
